Arrimage in an extremely light and compact bag made of DuPont Tyvek®, a wonderful material that looks like paper but has unexpected properties. It makes our bag waterproof and almost unbreakable. To stiffen the Tyvek®, a thick cotton rope goes around the bag, rigidify the bottom and the sides, creates a front pocket, and ends in handles. Those two materials are both highly durable and recyclable. Inspired by Chinese Xuan Paper and developed during an artist residency in Shanghai, Arrimage is the match of swiss design and Chinese swiftness.
